RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We stand behind every product made and sold by Grim Golf. If there is a problem with your order or you do not want it anymore, we will happily return or exchange it based on the criteria below:

• Item was purchased in the last 30 days 
• Item is still in original, unworn, unwashed condition
• Still in Package
• Shows no sign of use
• Item was not FINAL SALE or embroidered 

If you meet these requirements and wish to return, please email returns@hermandunn.com with your order number and details about the return. 

REFUNDS

• All returns are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee and return shipping.
• Once we receive your item we will process the return within 2-4 business days and the refund may take up to 2 weeks to reflect on your bank statement.

Exchanges

• Any items that are exchanged are not subject to the restocking fee or return shipping.
• once we receive your item we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days and have your replacement back on the way.
